仙女山學府家園酒店 (Xuefu Jiayuan Hotel)

Hotel Mel . You I booked an 8 night stay at the Xuefu Jiayuan Hotel. We arrived 15 June in the afternoon. we checked in and found out there was no lift, fortunately the staff helped us with our case and went to our room. Very miss leading description, pictures out of date. No lift!!!! Carpet on stairs very worn H&S risk Very dirty staircase windows. Room 2213:- No room safe or reception safe! Phone in loo? Called reception do get toilet paper but they don't speak English! Toilet paper supplied after they called my wife. Recycled slippers not very clean.? Provided new disposable ones. Shower/Toilet Room:- 1. No light in shower. 2. Not very clean. 3. Broken tiles. 4. Broken tap. 5. Towels seem very old. 6. No anti slip mat in shower. 7. Shower door not closing. Broken fixings. 8. Shower door seal mouldy. 9. No shelf in shower for toiletries. 10. Four way light switch only one seems to do any thing. 11. Hair dryer cuts out after 2 minutes then takes 10 minutes to reset. 12. Shower room Mirror light switch outside shower room. No tea or coffee bags Room Air conditioner not working! Small table light no has no socket to plug it in to. Wong plug type. Large table light not pluged in, cable not long enough, plug loose in socket. Kettel very difficult to remove from power tray. There is NO "A la carte" restaurant! There is a hot pot! Breakfast:- Very limited, we're we the only customers, complained about the sober milk being very watery and cabbage being tuff. Staff provided some soya milk sweetened. Staff then said as we are old we should pick smaller pieces! My wife couldn't sleep in this room as it felt damp and we changed rooms the next day. Room 2212:- TV intermittently stops working large light next to table cable too short, cable had to be unwrapped to start with. Small light plug incorrect for socket Phone not working!! Air conditioner not working Shower/Toilet Room:- 1. No light in shower. 2. Not very clean. 3. Broken tap. 4. Towels seem very old. 5. No anti slip mat in shower. 6. Shower door not closing. 7. Shower door seal mouldy. Broken fixings. 9. No shelf in shower for toiletries. 10. Four way light switch only two seems to do anything. The second breakfast was no better than the first, there were few potions 5 or 6 all were very dry or over cooked. My wife couldn't sleep here either, discussed with staff to try to remove the feeling of damp, they showed us how to use the electric blanket to try and remove the damp feeling. I have taken lost of photos showing the poor state of repair, This is the off season and there were very few customers. Breakfast room mouldy walls and ceiling very damp I had had enough and think I need to leave to morrow.

風景無敵，仙女山最好的 早飯拉垮，不如開放食堂讓做路邊攤早餐的進來 基本上都是做團體遊客生意，完全無視獨立遊客的感知，老闆也是自暴自棄了 這麼好的環境，如此拉垮的服務，作為疫情前首選仙女山入住的老顧客，確實覺得好可惜。

景區門口出行方便，仙女山夏日森林絕美，推薦！

酒店房型不錯，廁所超級大，工作人員很熱情，房間內的暖氣稍微差一點，空調聲音有點大，但暖氣不是很足，好在有電熱毯，睡著也不會冷，陽台看出去雪茫茫，漂亮

首先房間沒有其他評價的差，不過早餐真的該吐槽，我以為至少至少有粉面，結果就衹有粥和饅頭雞蛋，點餐小麵一碗25元。第一張照片是房間陽台照的。

房間衞生還可以，設施也還算新，就是沒電梯，上下樓不方便，特別對我們這種帶行動不便的長者，行李又比較多的客人來説尤其麻煩。 早餐太潦草了，衹有點稀飯和豆粉沖的豆漿，很多菜都涼透了，冷冰冰的。以前還有點麵條，現在也沒有了。

前台和老闆都比較熱情，在景區裡面算是性價比非常高的了，價格非常的便宜，都能接受，而且房間的話都大都很寬敞，也很乾凈，總體來説非常的性價比高。然後吃的東西的話也比較豐富，這個價格這個性價比已經非常的合適了。呃，這個景區的話還是距離重慶非常的近，然後過來旅遊度假。週末的話是非常適合的。下一次再帶朋友一起過來。

開業的時間比較久了，但是進入酒店裡麵還是非常的新，然後房間也很新，然後以為會有很多的蚊子，但是實際上還好，沒有太多的蚊蟲，然後也很隔音，酒店房間的話也能看到外面窗戶外面的景色，整體來説性價比很高，然後各種設施設備也很齊全。尤其是觀景對我們來説是最好的位置。然後就在仙女山景區裡面，然後可以玩兩天。是前台小姐姐也對我們非常的熱情，給我們講解了很多。

太差了，貴也要有貴的道理，發誓再也不訂這個酒店了，衞生衞生不如意，燈光燈光不滿意，房間內環境更是差的一塌糊塗。有史以來，第一次碰到這樣的酒店，旅店都比這個好

真的很好，住的很舒服，而且酒店環境好，對於這次旅行很滿意，老闆也很熱情，真的很滿意😀
